The Croston Old School Pop-Up Cafe takes place every second Wednesday of the month from 9:30am to 12:30pm in the beautiful South Wing of Croston Old School on Church Street.
Whether you pop in for a quick cuppa, stay for a proper catch-up with neighbours, or simply treat yourself to a slice of cake, the Pop-Up Cafe is open to everyone – young and old, locals and visitors alike.
We are extremely grateful to Croston Together for their grant, which supports the running of the café.
Heritage Open Days

Croston Village Archive is opening its doors as part of England’s largest festival of history and culture.
This year’s theme is The Evolution of Croston: 1800 to the Present Day. It explores how Croston has transformed from a small rural village in the 1800s into a very different – yet still rural – community in the 21st century. Changes in population, employment, education, housing and transport have all shaped the way of life here.
The exhibition will be held at the Croston Old School on Saturday 19th September from 1300 to 1700 and on Sunday 20th September from 1300 to 1700.
Acoustic Floyd ¦ Sat 26th September
We are delighted to announce that Acoustic Floyd is returning to the Old School in Croston for their second concert in September.
Last year's concert was a mesmerizing journey through the band’s greatest albums - Dark Side of the Moon and Wish You Were Here. The stripped-down arrangements brought a fresh perspective to the classics, letting the raw emotion of the lyrics and melodies shine.
Please buy your tickets early as we expect this concert to be a sell-out.
Doors will open at 7.30 and the band comes on at 8.00.
A Licensed Bar will be available on the night.
