Croston Old School
A Vibrant Community Centre
in the Heart of Croston Village
Welcome to Croston Old School
Croston Old School is a community resource centre in the heart of Croston Village, in Lancashire.
Our historic Grade II listed building is situated in the beautiful grounds of St Michael and All Angels church. It was school until 1999 and it reopened in 2001 as a community centre, after extensive refurbishment.
Croston Old School is a registered charity governed by trustees who are responsible for the day to day running of the centre.

Croston Connects - Wellbeing Day
On Wednesday 7th October, the Old School will be buzzing from 10.30am to 3.30pm as we host our first Wellbeing Day.
It’s a chance to meet Croston groups, the NHS and local support organisations, try out some new activities, enjoy a slice of cake in the pop-up café, and find out how you can get involved as a volunteer.
Whether you want to discover what’s available in the village, chat to friendly faces, or simply spend a few hours connecting with neighbours, everyone is welcome.
If you belong to a group that would like to be involved, please send Andy an email at admin@crostonoldschool.org
The day is being organised by Croston Together and Croston Old School who are working in partnership to make Croston healthier and more connected. We’d love to hear your ideas and help to achieve this.

Pop-up Cafe - Every Second Wednesday of the month
If you’re looking for a warm, welcoming spot to start your midweek with a cup of tea, a friendly chat, and something truly delicious, mark your calendar right now.
The Croston Old School Pop-Up Cafe takes place every second Wednesday of the month from 9:30am to 12:30pm in the beautiful South Wing of Croston Old School on Church Street.
Whether you pop in for a quick cuppa, stay for a proper catch-up with neighbours, or simply treat yourself to a slice of cake, the Pop-Up Cafe is open to everyone – young and old, locals and visitors alike.
We are extremely grateful to Croston Together for their grant, which supports the running of the café.
